To ensure your Vacancy is filled in the most effective manner by the best Candidate available ,we have over the years developed our Service Charter to ensure this happens.

This is our 6 Point Service promise to you

  • 1.  We aim to meet all our Clients face to face at their Premises. This will enable your designated Consultant to fully understand your Company culture and environment, take a full job description of the role you are recruiting for and outline clearly how Lucy Walker Recruitment work. We will discuss our Terms and Conditions of Business and how we will manage your requirements.

  • 2.  From our initial meeting, we will consult and deliver to you a plan of action on how we will work your vacancy. This will involve a full consultation on your time frames for the recruitment and we will outline to you the various search methods that we will use to assist in finding you the right Candidate for your vacancy.

  • 3. We will ensure you have just 1 point of contact for Permanent Recruitment and 1 point of contact for Temporary Recruitment. A lot of our Clients tell us this is fundamentally important to them in establishing effective long term working relationships to ensure their Recruitment needs are met.

  • 4.  All CV’s submitted to you will be standardised in our own Lucy Walker Recruitment CV format. This will quickly allow you, the Client, to see clearly where each section is on the CV. This will enable you to assess the presented Candidates objectively and quickly by providing factual, relevant and to the point information.

  • 5.  All Lucy Walker Recruitment Candidates will have been interviewed by our Consultants, skills tested, where appropriate, fully briefed on your role, provided with a full information pack in respect of your role and your Company and talked through the interview process before attending your premises for interview. This will ensure your time is not wasted by seeing unprepared Candidates.

  • 6.  We will provide you with full feedback throughout the process. From submitting and discussing candidates CV’s with you through to arranging interviews, taking Interview feedback from candidates and consulting on Job Offers between you, our client and our successful candidates. We will work in partnership with you, offering the benefit of our recruitment experience, every step of the way.
