We feel it is crucial to tell you clearly what we deliver within our recruitment service, to all Candidates, regardless of the level of position.

How we help you manage your career:

Ok, so this is it! Time for a change of job and a new direction in your career. This is an exciting time and needn't be daunting. Firstly, make sure you are certain that you would like to move. Have you covered every option with your current employer? What are your reasons for moving? When you have thought about these and other potential questions, this is the time to start your search.


With a huge amount of Recruitment organisations to choose from, how do you begin to select the right one for you to work with? Finding a job can be stressful, our aim is to ease that stress by allowing you to do your job, while we focus on your job search. A good Recruitment Consultancy with a proven track record will be able to quickly and efficiently assess your skills and experience, but very importantly, take the time to talk in detail about your next role. Your search maybe extremely quick, with us securing an immediate interview and you accepting a role within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, it may take us 6 months and many interviews to find exactly the right position for you. Either way, we will ensure your time is not wasted by attending interviews for roles that are not what you are looking for. Consistent feedback from our Candidates says this is why we are different from our competitors.


We would like to highlight to you our minimum standards and what you can expect from working with us:

  • Every Candidate has 1 point of contact for Temporary Recruitment and 1 point of contact for Permanent Recruitment. Working with 1 Consultant, will enable you to build a relationship and feel secure in the knowledge that your Consultant knows your requirements.
  • During your initial registration interview, your Consultant will outline clearly how LWR will manage your requirements.
  • Your Consultant will talk through all areas of your CV, discuss your search criteria and will then manage your search from start to finish.
  • Your job search will be activated while you are still with us in the registration process. We will search for roles and activate your CV while you are with us.
  • When a permanent vacancy is placed with us, we will begin an immediate Candidate search, contacting you straight away about new opportunities.
  • Your details will not be put on a central database for general access, but will be managed carefully by one point of contact: the Consultant that you meet at your initial registration.
  • For every interview that you attend, you will receive a full Interview Pack and be fully briefed on the Company, their Culture and the role for which you are being interviewed.


Some of these points you may feel are obvious, however it is important to us that you know and understand how vital these points are.


What does the process involve?

Start by telephoning us to have a conversation with one of our Consultants. This will allow you to establish if we can help you in your search. You may prefer to send your CV initially and we will come back to you within 24 hours. Either way, make that initial contact with us.


From there you will attend a registration interview at one of our offices. This means that you will meet a Consultant who will interview you to talk through your CV, covering your skills, IT knowledge and work experience to date. The Consultant that you meet will handle your search from your initial registration interview right through to an offer of employment being made.
