You may choose to utilise all of these or due to time restrictions in your working day, you may bypass some. This is your choice and we will work with you as you prefer.
Some of these points you may feel are obvious, however it is important to us that you know and understand how vital these points are.
Our Service Charter:

Every Company has 1 point of contact for Temporary Recruitment and 1 point of contact for Permanent Recruitment.

When you place a permanent vacancy with us, we will come back to you with suitable Candidates on the same day.

With a Temporary vacancy you will hear from us within 30 minutes if the booking is not filled immediately during the initial telephone conversation.

The designated Consultant will visit you at the beginning of your recruitment to understand your Company culture and environment, take a full job description and outline clearly how Lucy Walker Recruitment will manage your requirements.

Every Candidate registered with us has a face to face interview with a Consultant. This Consultant will manage their search from start to finish.

Candidates will not be put on a central database for general access, but will be managed carefully by one point of contact: the Consultant they meet at their initial registration.

Every Curriculum Vitae is standardised, allowing you, the client, to see clearly where each section is, providing factual and to the point information.

Every Candidate that attends an interview with you will receive a full Interview Pack and be fully briefed on your Company, your culture and the role for which they are being interviewed.
